Attributor - WTF

As many of you know -- I can see all the IPs that hit me and what they read. Today I've had this IP hit me so many times I had to go and do a look up. Apparently a company called "Attributor" is trying to read 4 years worth of my blog entries. Attributor's sole purpose in life is to: "Sit back while Attributor monitors the Internet for copies Attributor scans billions of web sites, blogs and social networks on a continuous basis to find copies of your content across the web. The Internet is a big place, and we’re constantly adding new pages as they are created." The above was taken straight from their website. I want to let Attributor and anyone else who cares to know -- my content is mine. I may go looking for photos to augment the stories (ie: pea green maverick) but I use open source. HONESTLY! Do you think anyone else has a sister that keeps her dead dog in a box and whose seventy year old mother has nude paintings hanging of herself in the guest bathroom? And I have yet to blog about Funsuckers new shower with the floor to ceiling plate glass window that faces the sidewalk! Stories that are so "OMG" that they can't possibly be made up or stolen. I'm thinking of blocking the IP addresses from "Attributor" -- they seem to be crawling my site with malice in mind.

I would block their IP address. No reason for a company of that type to be reading your blogs. Maybe it is an undercover name for the FBI or CIA...
