What would a guy think of a girl that wore this around?

I've run across guys who carry packs of condoms around with them, and it sort of gives me the creeps - like he's ready to hop into bed with anyone at a moments notice. I've asked guys why they carry condoms and I always get the same answer "in case a buddy needs one". Sounds suspect to me. I wonder if a condom dress would give a guy the creeps or just turn him on. I wonder if the girl wearing this dress would just tell people she has them for her girlfriends. Then, I can't help wondering if the dress is flavored or scented and does it come with a warning label:
